We listen, act, and transform
For many people, beginning therapy is an important first step toward creating meaningful change. I provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and empowered as we work together toward your goals. My approach is personalized and thoughtfully tailored to each client, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges with care, insight, and lasting support.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, with specialized expertise in couples and family therapy. In addition to earning my Master’s in Clinical Social Work, I completed an intensive four-year post-graduate training program in couples and family therapy at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. This advanced training has shaped my work with clients facing a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, communication challenges, infidelity, sexual difficulties, infertility, parenting concerns, adolescent issues, and major life transitions.
Whether you are beginning your personal journey toward greater self-understanding or seeking relationship counseling to strengthen connection and trust, you do not have to navigate these challenges alone. I work with couples experiencing communication difficulties, trust concerns, intimacy and sexual challenges, infertility, divorce, infidelity, and ongoing relationship struggles. Together, we create a space where healing, growth, and meaningful change can take place.
You are in the right place to begin.
